Almost 1 year ako nakapagbayad starting last 2010 to 2011 na stop ng magmigrate ako Sa USA. Puede pa ba continue ko.

Puede pa po, you just need to ask for re-instatement from the branch where you are paying. 90 days po before ma-lapse or inactive ang isang plan but it can be re-instated.
